After a two-day trainer course there is a new cross-cultural trainer in town.
Bringing her multicultural experience into the classroom exploring cultural competence, theories, tools, the trainer role and how to code shift, Pauline Barnades showcased her own project before the course was over. Another enthusiastic interculturalist has joined the ranks.
